Adult X Small = Sneaker size 5-6
Adult Small = Sneaker size 7-8
Adult Medium = Sneaker size 8-9
Adult Large = Sneaker size 9-10
***Many skate brands sizes vary drastically and Cozie Tozies will fit differently pending on the skate brand.  Please order sizing based on SNEAKER SIZE not skate size.  Freida B* will gladly accept size exchanges.
